Megan and Francisco have been traveling in their RV full-time for almost a year and love exploring new places. They fell in love with the red rock landscape when road-tripping through Utah and wanted to come back to this place to get married!
The two of them knew that creating a whole day of adventuring would suit them best when getting hitched and were so stoked to just be together. We ended up creating an elopement day filled with sightseeing and off-roading! They started the morning off by exchanging their vows atop Dead Horse Point where the cold December morning peeked out some glorious sun for them. We found 2 lovely visitors to sign their marriage certificate who got married in a National Park.
Then they made their way down to Canyonlands National Park by bringing their Jeep rental from "Twisted Jeeps" in Moab. We got to make some fun switchbacks from the top to the bottom of Canyonlands where now towering red rocks encompassed them. Megan and Francisco took turns driving on the 4x4 road and jamming to their music together.

It was SO fun to take the "backseat" of their wedding day. We spent the next 4 hours stopping to explore, take photos, and share some food. We ended up encountering a pack of Big Horn Sheep that were interested in their lunch picnic. Lastly, we made our way into Arches National Park to visit a couple of trails for sunset and blue hour. They hiked in the sand, watched the sunset go down over the valley, and wrapped themselves up in their coats and string lights to top it all off!
Their day was completely them -- fun, lighthearted, and spontaneous.
