It all began with a text he got from his buddy saying "Hey, I have this friend...". Now he's head over heels for the most beautiful girl he's ever met. This is Bailey and Spencer's Love Story...

The First Date

Bailey & Spencer went to the same High School but didn’t know each other. Fall of 2022, his best friend sent Bailey a text saying “Hey I have this friend! I think you guys would get a long great.”

The next thing she knew they were going on a date! Bailey said, "Our first date was honestly the best first date I had ever had! We went flying in an airplane over Antelope Island, Utah!! Talk about going ALL OUT!" They went flying for about an hour and had so much fun. Afterward, they went to dinner at Lee's Mongolian in Ogden, Utah.

They spent another 2 hours talking non-stop about their lives. After dinner, Bailey said to Spencer, "Sooo.... I'm having a lot of fun with you, would you want to go get ice cream instead of taking me home just yet?" He happily agreed! They went to Farrs Ice Cream and talked for ANOTHER 2 and a half hours. The date ended up being almost 7 hours long but still felt short when they pulled into Bailey's driveway to say goodbye.

They hugged goodnight and Bailey told him, "I have a really good feeling about us." and he replied "Oh me too!" How He Proposed: Bailey was leaving for Peru for two weeks so Spencer wanted to take her on a picnic for one last date before she left the following day. He picked her up and drove to a spot near Old Snowbasin Road. Everything was normal until he started parking the car and they were walking towards her favorite spot. THEN HE STARTED ACTING WEIRD.

He couldn't even get a normal word out of his mouth. She kept asking him if he was ok. Eventually, they turned the corner and she saw a cute blanket laid out with flowers all over it. Then it all made sense why he was acting weird! They walked over to the blanket and had their super special moment- THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN his best friend (who set us up) rushed out of the bushes with his phone recording everything and they all started laughing.

A great memory to have for sure! A Little About Them: Spencer and Bailey LOVE traveling together and seeing new places. They are also super outdoorsy and love camping, backpacking, fishing, and anything else outdoors. Honestly, they just enjoy each other's company! They could stay in for a night playing Wii golf and still have just as much fun (guess that's how you know you love someone 😉).
