Jacie and Brandon decided to elope in Sedona! They had previously spent time in Sedona together hiking and mountain biking, ultimately falling in love with the area. After being engaged for some time, having their sun and COVID calming down they decided now was the time!
They planned to elope at Cathedral rock because of its beauty and the fond memories they already had together there. To avoid the crowds, they decided to elope at sunrise. In the early morning hours, we all hiked up the rock to the overlooking cliff just in time to watch the sunrise and the hot air balloons take flight around us.
Elopement at Cathedral Rock
It was a joyous time adventuring and the two of them spent quality time together. We started our hike back down to meet up with family for their ceremony. Jacie's dad officiated, while her brother played the guitar in the background. After officially sealing the deal with a kiss they rode off together on their tandem mountain bike their guest had decorated with a just married sign and empty cans. They rode back after doing a bit of the trial they had ridden on their last trip to join family for toasts and photos in celebration.

Following the ceremony they hiked back to the cars together with their sun on Jacie's back in the baby carrier backpack pack and their bike, all three of them smiling ear to ear. It was a beautiful morning filled with so much love and inspiration during the trial and celebration.
