WHERE TO BEGIN?! When we initially started thinking about our wedding we realized the very first vendor we needed was a coordinator. It’s baffling to look back at all of the ways Jacqueline and her team kept us on track to help make our dream wedding a reality. Not only is Jacqueline extremely talented at what she does but she helps execute things with such grace! Leading up to our wedding she had a major event she needed to cover so she pulled in her lead coordinator Kyleigh. BOTH ARE HEAVEN SENT!! We’re from Las Vegas and got married at Zion Red Rock Villa in Utah… somehow Kyleigh was able to accommodate our crazy arrival schedules and executed a fantastic rehearsal! We had zero idea what we were doing and by the end of it had an entire choreographed entrance for our 20+ wedding party – it was a hit!! Kyleigh made sure to take on any hiccups that occurred so we could fully enjoy our special day. Our caterer gave us a horrible experience but Kyleigh was there to smooth things over – THANK YOU!! And Jacqueline showed up to wish us happiness in between the events she was coordinating which blew us away! I can say without a doubt that I recommend Eventfully, Jacqueline and her crew! Best decision and investment we made.

We had a truly magical wedding day in St. George, Utah and it couldn’t have been more perfect thanks to Jacqueline and her wonderful staff! My daughter researched wedding planners as our first priority, knowing a destination wedding with over 200 on the guest list, was going to be a monumental planning adventure. When she came across Eventfully Jacqueline and her website, she knew she had found the best, most talented and capable planner we could ask for. Jacqueline was the most conscientious and organized individual I have ever met. She worked with us from the beginning of our planning process, helping with vendor recommendations and guiding us every step of the way. As our wedding day approached she exemplified a calm and caring demeanor which put us at ease and gave us the confidence that we were definitely ready and everything was going to be perfect. On the day of our wedding, Jacqueline took over all of it so that we could relax and truly enjoy every single moment of our special day. She made sure every decor item was in place and every step of the event went as planned and stayed on schedule and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Jacqueline and her team did it all!

We eloped for our wedding & by eloped I mean it was literally just the two of us. So, when I was in need of someone to help coordinate a surprise for my husband on our wedding day Jacqueline was my girl! She was my life saver for our wedding day! With her enthusiasm, ideas, support and meticulousness she was able to bring my vision into reality! Better than what I had envisioned actually. There was no task to big or small for her and she was able to carry our everything with grace! She turned our Airbnb into a sweet and romantic place to return to and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her. She really gave us a special moment. Also, her attitude and personality is so genuine, down to earth, gentle and kind. I wish there were more people like her in the world.

One of the best decisions I made from our elopement in Utah- getting my bouquet preserved! I CANNOT GET OVER HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS HEXAGON BLOCK IS! Jacqueline was so kind & easy to work with. She made my flowers stay alive with their vibrant colors & it’s a souvenir from Utah we can cherish for the rest of our lives. Highly recommended allowing Jacqueline to preserve your flowers- I promise you won’t regret it!

Jacqueline did my wedding bouquet preservation and I couldn’t be more thrilled with what she did! I was completely in love with my bouquet and wanted to keep them forever. I wasn’t sure how I could make that happen and then I got connected with Jacqueline. She was amazing to work with! She’s quick to respond, works with you to create exactly what makes the most sense with your unique bouquet and is such a beautiful soul to have handle the most special flowers of your big day! Keep in mind, preservations take time, but they are worth every penny and every moment of waiting so Jacqueline can work her magic! If I could give more stars I would. Instead, I’ll share my beautiful flower preservation here for others to admire I love my preservation!

Jacqueline and her crew are a dream come true! We live in Ohio, and had no idea how to plan a wedding in Utah. My venue suggested Jacqueline, and the rest is history. She helped with everything. Jacqueline always responded quickly. That meant the world to me! Don’t hesitate to use her! She knows everything about even planning.

I want to start this review by saying, hire SunRae Planning! Do not hesitate, do not debate it, just do it. I promise you will not be sorry. We were not sure we needed a planner. My daughter and I are pretty good at planning and are detail oriented so we thought we could do it ourselves. However, I live many states away and I did not know the area, so I felt we needed some help. We hired Jacqueline and her team to be our “day of coordinator” and we added set-up and clean-up because I knew I would be busy that day and wanted to enjoy the day. She was so much more than a day of coordinator or at least what I thought a day of coordinator would be. She gave us tip about local vendors, spreadsheets to help us stay organized and think of all the may details that go into planning a wedding, and she was very quick with email responses (which I love!) She answered all our many questions. As we got close to wedding month, we had a few Zoom calls to nail down all the details. She wanted to be sure she clearly understand my daughter’s vision for her wedding. She contacted vendors, made a layout map, coordinated timelines with my daughter…. the list goes on. But the absolutely, positively most wonderful thing she did was give us peace on the big day! And let me tell you that was not easy to do!! Why you ask? Because during the beautiful outdoor wedding, with all the beautiful decor that my daughter and sister had gathered for months, a huge storm rolled in; wind! rain! and Jacqueline and her team at Sunrae jumped into action! They moved decor, coordinated with the caterer to move inside, coordinated with the DJ and photographers. They moved chairs, picked up broken glass, and made sure the schedule went as much as planned as possible with the dances and cake cutting and a send-off, and I’m sure they did many things I will never know about. I cannot ever thank them enough for allowing to us to celebrate and have a wonderful time despite the crazy weather. So this is why I suggest you hire them. I know we are all worried about spending more money on weddings, but I’m here to tell you that SunRae is money well spent!

I am so impressed by Jacqueline’s work! She had my wedding bouquet preserved into the most beautiful resin hexagonal piece. I can’t stop looking at it! I love that I have this amazing way to keep my wedding flowers forever! I also had my parents corsage and boutonnière dried and made into this beautiful picture frame- it will be the most PERFECT wedding gift! Jacqueline is so easy to work with- responds quickly and gave me picture updates along the way as the flowers were drying. I’d highly recommend using her services!

All I can say about Jacqueline is WOW. Truly she was a lifesaver during our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Let me tell you I am planning oriented myself. So I had no problem planning every last detail of my own wedding, but when I started to get into the throws of it all…..I quickly realized how overwhelming it was. My husband and I agreed finding a planner in the midst of having our wedding with all the COVID craziness, would make our lives easier. I went to Instagram on my search to find a wedding planner for our destination in the Zion Park area. Jacqueline’s was one of the first pages to pop up, so I reached out to her. She immediately responded, emailing me a professional guidebook of everything she offered with clear guidelines and pricing for everything. I really enjoyed that Jacqueline was truly down to earth and so responsive, seeing as I was reaching out to her only 6 months before my wedding date. She had a great list of vendor recommendations and was willing to help me with anything when I reached out to her. I felt like I could truly count on Jacqueline the months, weeks, and days before my wedding. She was always accommodating with phone call times, and meetings even though we both had busy schedules. She prioritizes her clients and honestly knows how to execute anything and everything that has to do with weddings. In dealing with some difficult vendors, Jacqueline advocated for me and truly did her best to mitigate all of the crazy last minute surprises. On our wedding day she was a SAINT and I was more relaxed knowing she was there handling every last detail. Jacqueline is professional, dedicated, trustworthy, attentive to details, a great leader, organizer, advocate, and so much more. When we wanted to take pictures on the Zion overlook she texted me exact directions including how to get to the trail and where to park. She never left me hanging if I needed to chat with her on the phone or even just message or email questions her way. Honestly there is nothing Jacqueline doesn’t know about weddings, so if you are getting married call her ASAP. Her and her team were so great the day of, you won’t want anyone else handling your wedding planning. Eventfully Jacqueline was a great company to work with and I am so glad they were there to help us every step of the way.
