This wedding inspiration was an absolute dream! We are so excited to feature the incredible Rachel Leintz Photography! She had this to say about this beautiful stylized session:
My first trip to Ireland was epic and this shoot was just about the perfect match! In planning the shoot, I started to think of one woman in different eras, one soul transported through time. An ancient forest spirt and a regal countess!
To build the team for this shoot, I reached out on Instagram to connected with the stunning and enchanting Lucy Watson, an upcoming Irish model who would soon be walking the London Fashion Week catwalk. Lucy has a wonderful, nymph like-look that made me think of an Irish "Fe" or fairy, flitting through a deep wood, surrounding an ancient castle. This became the vision for the Lady of the Wood look we created. The Gown Lucy wore for this part of the story was a fabulous "Luna" Gown by Kelly Faetanini, which was provided by Beau Bridal of Dublin.
Lucy's mother, Shirley Watson is a florist in Ireland and provided the floral crown, woodland bouquet, as well as the stunning deep purple lily bouquet for our second look.
For our second look, I brought over an Anna Campbell gown (borrowed from Lovely Bride in Phoenix), dripping with jewels, showcasing a gorgeous empire waist. We crowned this look with a marvelous handmade tiara made by The Hand Made Tiara of London. Lucy was surrounded by the ancient rooms of Ardgillen Castle for this portion of the shoot, capturing the drama and the beauty of the Lady of the Manor.
