Jess and Thomas woke up well before the crack of dawn to meet up in Yosemite, so we could have a private moment at Glacier Point (unlike sunset, which is packed full of tourists) and catch that sweet sweet sunrise over Half Dome. I’d never been to Yosemite before this trip and I. Am. Amazed. I’ve been to plenty of mountains and seen plenty of steep drops, but Yosemite is something else.
Normally, I’m not too scared of heights, even hanging off the side of a cliff by a rope, but this was totally dizzy-making for me. Yosemite is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been, and it’s a dreamscape to say your vows in. I’m so glad my first time visiting this park could be spent capturing it with these two. Jess and Thomas are such troopers for waking up so early, and they were so lovey-dovey for me in front of the camera, I’m downright humbled to have been able to spend this morning with them.
