Photographers love their job, and their excitement level elevates when they have the opportunity to photograph a beautiful, blonde bride in a magnificent sunset setting. I had a Bride who was so excited to wear her dress before her wedding, so I invited her and a photographer to my house for a weekend for a desert photoshoot in some of the most gorgeous settings in the world.
We all stayed at my home, discussed the weekend events, then jumped in my Jeep Wrangler and drove up to one of Utah's State Parks, and my personal favorite, Dead Horse Point. The sunset was amazing, showcasing the Bride's sun-kissed face in the glow of the desert sunset.
After the sun went down, everyone came back to the ranch for a great night's sleep to get ready for the next day's adventure in the infamous Castle Valley and Sorrel River Ranch. Once home to cowboys, Indians, and gold rushers, Castle Valley offers incredible panoramic views with enchanting rock formations and red rock towers along the Colorado River.
Also, old-timers will recognize the setting for the infamous John Wayne Movies, Mission Impossible, Thelma & Louis, and a new series to air next year from award-winning movie star and director Kevin Costner. We had wonderful weather, and a glorious, fun weekend with amazing photos for our beautiful bride to last a lifetime.
