Absolutely a pleasure working with Traci and Bill for our Sedona Elopement. Traci made it effortless for us because of her extensive knowledge of Sedona’s mountains, caverns, and views. She has done all the research already so she is ready to help. I was 4 months pregnant at the time of my elopement and Traci was able to guide us to wonderful and achievable sights to make our day so so special. I would 100% do it again with Traci and Bill. Bill even carried out cake up the mountain for us on one hand!! She really helps you picture that ideal day and caters it towards you. Thanks again!!!!

My husband and I had been together nearly 10 years before we got engaged. We instantly knew that when we wanted to get married, we wanted something low key, stress free, and just for us. City hall seemed like it was going to be the way our journey was going to go (yes I’ve had a lot of time to think about this in the last 10 years lol). When we got engaged we thought, why wait. And why can’t we do something extremely special for our big day? We haven’t traveled much together, even after being in a relationship for so long and we both work extremely hard.

The idea popped into my head, let’s go to the west coast and elope! (We live on the east coast). I honestly just searched on Google the most beautiful/magical places to elope and the PNW came up. I did some research and I knew this was the place. A place to begin our journey to marriage and a place to make new memories. Of course I thought to myself, I need to find someone to capture these beautiful moments, so I did some more research and came across Traci and Bill’s website. Just after reading about their business, adventure and vow, the first time I saw it, ease completely washed over me. I saw some of Traci’s photography on Instagram and was completely floored by how amazing her work is. I instantly e-mailed her and I’m so grateful I did, because our experience working with Traci and Bill was nothing short of wonderful.

From the very beginning, they felt like long lost friends. Communication was seamless and the anticipation and excitement up to and on our day was always present. They held our hand through the whole process from beginning to end and left no detail unturned. Their professionalism and preparation are something to admire. Not only did they capture every moment of our day, they took us to dinner the night before our elopement so we could get to know each other. Traci gave us endless recommendations on things to do/see for our trip. Gave us constant updates and reminders. I could go on and on, but to say they go above and beyond for the couples they work with is a complete understatement.

We had never been photographed together and were extremely nervous, but you would never know because Traci and Bill are that good! They were so patient with us and gave us all the guidance we needed. What they do is extremely special…and it takes two genuinely amazing people who are passionate and truly care about their work to create experiences like this for others. They are not only photographers/videographers, they are friends, wedding planners, adventurers, improvisers, problem solvers, always prepared, great at recommendations, active listeners, easy to talk to, and are down for anything!

Bill officiated and put together our ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was beautiful and felt like it was written just for us. So thankful Traci could be one of our witnesses also, considering it was just us. Even after a long eventful day starting on the mountains and ending at the coast, Traci sent me our sneak peaks that night. I also couldn’t believe how fast we received our entire gallery and our elopement video. Seeing our full elopement story on their blog on their website, was truly special and I am still shocked and in awe. I feel like it was just yesterday, even though we got married back in the beginning of August.

This whole experience was completely out of our comfort zone and was scary at first, but I can not be more grateful/thankful that this is what we decided to do. Once we found Traci and Bill the fear went away and it was probably the easiest/best thing we ever did. I can’t say enough great things about these two, and I will recommend them over and over again to anyone who is looking for a similar experience!

I hope someday we cross paths again. When we travel out west in the future, we know who to contact for an anniversary shoot! <3

Is there a sixth star to award? The experience, the professionalism, the artistry, the kindness, the fun…Traci and Bill were exceptional from start to finish. They helped us plan an incredible day, recommending incredible trails near Mt. Rainier based on our wish list for an adventure photo setting and scouting them to make sure they were perfect and accessible. They gave gentle and respectful tips that made our day run smoothly and with less stress. On the trail and at the ceremony, they were patient, laid-back, helpful, and flexible in meeting our needs and working with the nuclear family who came to our microwedding. They even offered to help coordinate wedding vendors. And at the end of it all, we got photos and videos that blew us—and our family and friends—away. Seriously. We thought we knew from their blog how technically skilled Traci and Bill were, but we didn’t really understand until we saw just how perfectly they captured the magic of an unforgettable time. We’re talking jaw-dropping waterfall shots in wedding attire, and I’m no model! They earned our highest recommendation, our highest rating, and our sincere thanks for giving us unbelievable mementos of our wedding day.

I don’t even know here to start!
When my husband and I reached out to Traci, we were feeling lost and overwhelmed trying to plan our elopement in a 4 month timeframe, 2 of which had already passed by the time we found Traci. If we hadn’t found her blog post that led us to see her work, I truly don’t think our day would have been the same experience.
From the day we reached out, she was so kind and responsive. She eased our nerves instantly with her knowledge on photography, the location we had chosen, and all the nitty gritty details of what an elopement entails.
We were lucky enough to meet Traci the day before our ceremony and although our nerves were high, it felt like we were instant friends. It was such a calming feeling going into our elopement day! She was willing to answer all questions, go through all the worst case scenarios, and help us stay positive and upbeat for the next day. On the day of our ceremony, Traci was all business. She is extremely punctual and knows exactly what needs to get done in order to make your dreams come true.
We are so thankful to have met and get photographed by both Traci and Bill and we are so hopeful to cross their paths again someday! Thank you both so much for making our elopement the very best day of our lives!!!! — -The Seibergs <3

It’s amazing how I stumbled upon Traci and Bills adventure and vow website while searching for venues. We got engaged in April 2021 and began looking up traditional venues, but all were so pricey and the thought of spending so much money for everyone else versus something just for us was weighing on me. Then I found the adventure and vow blog and was like wow this looks amazing. First she works out of Sedona which is a meaningful place to me and my husband. She was responsive and professional when first speaking with her. She immediately sent us dates she had for the year, answered any of our questions, explained to us thoroughly what she was about and took time to listen to what we wanted. After signing, she sent us multiple locations with descriptions of each to plan our day how we wanted it with the big family we had. We hiked some of the spots she recommended and ultimately ended up with a ceremony off a trail and then off roading up to a look out spot for sunset photos. She met up with us before hand to get photos of our first look, get ready, and pup family photos at our vrbo. Her and bill were attentive and made us feel like long time friends. She even helped my sister make her test by providing places with free Wi-Fi lol. The whole day was everything we wanted and more. The pictures are absolutely stunning. We had a great experience and would recommend to anyone who wants something different than a traditional indoor wedding, loves the outdoors, wants to save money and make it an intimate occasion for you and your person. Thanks again Traci and bill!!

My husband & I have been close friends for many years. When he asked me to marry him, we wanted to make sure we hired someone that would come to understand us & who we are- and stray away from a traditional wedding.

We emailed Traci & Bill after reading their blog in regards to “why you should elope” which solidified our decision to skip the stress, & just make it about us.

Traci was there every second, every question, every recommendation. She got to know us as individuals to listen to what really meant most to us to allow us to ensure we had the most perfect day.

Bill was able to officiate the wedding with our own personal vows, plus additional legal vows, and he also added his own beautiful message in there as well that was perfect for our setting in Sedona.

Both of their dedication to their craft is not only admirable, but sincerely shows in all our wedding pictures that we will continue to cherish forever. Thank you Bill & Traci!

It was a delight to work with Traci and Bill! Traci worked with us throughout Covid confusion and reschedules, remaining communicative and helpful. Traci’s expertise was so appreciated esp with decisions about location and trails as well as venders and activities. And, the photos are stunning. We had such a good time and it was truly unforgettable! Definitely listen to her advice re: hiking prep! Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience 💗
