White Pocket remains one of the most memorable and otherworldly areas in Kanab. Its vast scenery of textured rocks, swirling red nooks, and endless white hills made for the perfect backdrop for Yolie and Stephen's special step in their story.
Yolie and Stephen chose Kanab as the place to spend some time together due to its amazing red and white deserts, as well as homey feel. They took their Ford Bronco to White Pockets for a day of hiking. A gorgeous day of adventure would lead to a stunning sunset. With the red clouds swirling around them, Stephen got down on one knee and asked Yolie to be his wife.
